Ein Patch wurde heute bereits veröffentlicht, der einige Bugs und Performanceprobleme behebt. Und die Entwickler basteln weiter:

Aktuell scheint es so zu sein, dass mehr Spieler es vorziehen, alleine mit NPC Söldnern loszuziehen, und dafür ist das Spiel (die AI) nicht wirklich optimiert. Ich gehör ja auch zu den Spielern, die das lieber als Singleplayerspiel gespielt hätten, auch wenn ich es mit einer Spielergruppe gerne mal probieren möchte.

Für die Söldner gibt es zumindest ein paar Steuerungstipps (das ist eine Sache, bei der es im Spiel selbst an Dokumentation/Information etwas mangelt):

Aus dem offiziellen Discord:

• F key or button above portrait button: Toggle follow mode. If you toggle it off, the henchmen won't follow you and you can explore in peace.
  

•  Chat Wheel: The henchmen respond to the following chat wheel commands:
  

        - Follow me: makes the henchmen come back you

•  Map Markers: Open the map and leave a marker to make the henchmen react to it:
  

        - Explore: move to the marker and use search
        - Attack: move to the marker and attack enemies
        - Help: move to the marker and cast healing spells
        - Trap: move to the marker and disarm any traps they find
