That is truth, but...you can play it much better. You can switch to Absolute mouse(which emulates native touch - this means that mouse is moved to place where you touch the screen. Normally is broken, but fortunately this can be easily fixed (for this game). In General Settings/Advanced Settings/Manual Correction write 320x200 resolution. This can be applied for ROA1-3.
