RLIRM64K DLL 365,056 11-25-95 11:36a RLIRM64K.DLL
Now, you know where the RL files must be installed in.
You should find a REG file within the folder where the game is installed in.
EITHER you'll have to edit the file, OR you could download my REG file (see attachment below).
EDITING the REG file:
* Right-click on it, then select EDIT
* Alter the file content so that the HKEY value right after the "@=" matches your game installation folder path as shown below :
EDITION EXAMPLE:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mindscape\WarHammerFB\LocalDir]
@="C:\\Mindscape\\Shadow of Horned Rat\\FILE"
is changed for this if my game was installed in "D:\Win32 Games\Shadow of Horned Rat\FILE"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mindscape\WarHammerFB\LocalDir]
@="D:\\Win32 Games\\Shadow of Horned Rat\\FILE"
This must be done for every HKEY values where the path is wrong.
REMARK : I don't knoww why the KHKEY lines are displayed broken.
* After the edition is completed, than save the file on your Windows Desktop for example.
* Then double-left-click on the REG file
* Last, click on "YES" in order to MERGE it within the Windows Registry.
The ORIGINAL executable file is named "WHSHR.EXE"
Windows XP users should check the 640x480 box within the compatability tab of the EXE's properties.
Although, they should select the Windows 95 emulation.
