Mal ein aktuelles Beispiel für ein "geschlossenes Ökosystem" bei Panasonic Smart TVs!
Youtube-, NetFlix-, Internet-Browser-App funktionieren nicht bei meinem Panasonic TV.
Aber Netzwerktest/Internettest, Firmware-/Softwareupdate, Datenservices der TV-Sender funktionieren.
Auf dem Panasonic-Blurayplayer funktionieren die oben beschriebenen Apps aber alle.
Spinnt meine neue Fritzbox? VDSL-Probleme? Portsfreigaben? Fernseher kaputt? Solch ich auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen bei Fritzbox und Fernseher?
Nein, es sind nur ein paar Server bei Panasonic down. Die -installierten- Panasonic-Apps starten demnach nur, wenn sie zuerst eine Verbindung zu "ihrem Panasonic-Server" aufbauen konnten!

Seit 7.3.2016 das selbe Problem mit meinem 50 CXW 804. Werksreset bringt nix. Router resettet. Wlan und LAN und Hotspot über Handy. Es wird unter Status eine Internetverbindung angezeigt. Aber beim Start von Netflix Amazon YouTube wird immer wieder die fehlende Internetverbindung bemängelt. Über Bluray Player funktionieren alle v.g Dienste. Was ist da los? Hat Panasonic ein Update überspielt oder sind deren Server down?

I have the same problem with my apps not working at all, performed a full reset on my tv, router etc wasting hours of my evening.
I even removed my TV and took it to my neighbours house to see if it was my broadband to no avail.
The little bit of info I can give you is my neighbour also has a Panasonic tv, granted a much higher spec than mine, and his apps work perfectly fine. He also is a computer engineer and between us we figure that there must have been a server update which is causing the fault.
So the hope is that they are aware of the problem and are working on a solution.
Like my neighbour neither of us have ever had this issue before.
I will be calling Panasonic tomorrow if the problem is not resolved by then and will update this forum with any information as I receive it.

Exactly my sentiments. A simple 'server down' message would be better rather than an entirely misleading network connection error which is at best disingenuous if not downright deceitful. Makes you wonder what else they're up to...
