Well, if it is only these two words you want to have translated:


- "Runecrafting" would be "Runenanfertigung"

- "Runes creation" would be "Runenerschaffung"


Both terms are quite similar in meaning, so for a better understanding: "Runenanfertigung" emphasises the aspect of craftsmanship whereas "Runenerschaffung" stresses the process of creation in terms of having something created out of nowhere (i.e. magically).

could you elaborate on this feature? Crafting has many possible translations with different implications:
Runen machen - to make runes
Runen schnitzen - to carve runes
Runen herstellen - to produce runes
Runen schöpfen - to make up (new) runes
Runen erschaffen - to create runes
Runen verarbeiten - to make something with runes
etc.

"Runenverarbeitung" is a bit like "word processing".

Thank you friends. Sorry for late answer - I didn't notice that thread was divided to second page

All these words are correct and explains "Runecrafting" well.
In my case "Runecrafting" means the process in which you create runes. These runes are used in further processing. Behind this strange word is simple action - you add new fonts to collection.

So it's hard to pick the correct word. I have these candidates :
-Runenerschaffung
-Runenverarbeitung

and maybe "Runenanfertigung"

Finally I will pick one of them. I really thank you all
